Our normal rental week runs from Friday to Friday, however we will try and accommodate your request as best we can.
We sleep 4 (+2)Ground floor: Hall, Kitchen with breakfasting table, Sitting Room with open fire and sea views, Dinning Room with sea views (with a sofa bed which sleeps 2), Bathroom with roll top bath with shower, a small Sun Porch with sea views – the smallest room in the house but definitely one that is used the most – the views are stunning! First Floor: Twin bedroom, Double bedroom.
There is unlimited Internet access.
All bed linen & towels are provided. Oil central heating & electricity are included in your rental price. We also provide a limited amont of logs and coal for the open fire during your stay.
Electric hob and oven with separate grill. Under the counter fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washing machine.
We have a Freeview TV with a built in DVD. A radio with an ipod docking station.
There is a selection of books and some DVD’s for rainy days by the fire.
Car parking for one car at the house with additional on street parking.
There is a small back garden.
We are pet friendly, however we ask guests not to allow pet on furniture or in the upstairs area, (the bedrooms), of the cottage.
A housekeeper can be arranged if required – please ask for details.
A welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival – please ask for details.
With all bookings we ask for £150 “Good Housekeeping Deposit” which is refundable. This is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival and refunded within 1 week of departure. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
Once outside the Cottage there is a wealth of activities on your doorstep from world class salmon fishing, to hill walking to historic visitor attractions and of course the beautiful coastal walks in the area – see “things to do locally” for more information.
